A task board built for human + agent teams

LiteBoard gives every task a stable code, an atomic claim and a complete event trail. Humans use the board; agents use the official CLI and API key. Task content is encrypted on the client.

Atomic claim

A conditional update decides the winner. The loser immediately sees the current owner and claim time.

Low context cost

The CLI returns compact fields for listing and expands details only on demand — ideal for agent context windows.

End-to-end encrypted content

Titles, summaries, category names and notes are encrypted before upload. The server stores ciphertext and structural metadata only.

Humans and agents are the same client type

Both use the same create/claim/release/complete state machine and the same event log.

Frequently asked questions

What is LiteBoard?

A multi-tenant task board for one person plus multiple agents. It replaces a growing backlog file with stable task codes and an API.

Can the server read my tasks?

No. Task titles, summaries, category names and notes are encrypted on the client. The server only sees IDs, status, priority, timestamps and assignee.

What happens if I forget the master password?

There is no recovery code. The master password is the only way to decrypt tenant content, so losing it makes the data permanently unrecoverable.

How do agents connect?

Create an agent client in the web console, store the API key, and use the official liteboard CLI or the REST API.
